Hololens

Hololens is an untethered, and ergonomically-superior, sensor-packed holographic computing headset. Through a marriage of innovative hardware design, artificial intelligence (Al) and Microsoft's cloud computing platform, it provides users with a dynamic, immersive environment that helps to shorten the learning curve and strengthen skills retention.

Clinical learners engage with visual representations of blood vessels, the heart, bones, etc. (in 3-D or 4-D space and time dimensions in physiology)to develop improved and precise conceptualizations of the location of specific organs in relation to other internal organs and systems

CAE's Hololens include modules for cardiac, respiratory, circulatory, and abdominal systems, as well as Ob/Gyn and birthing scenarios -- alldisplayed as interactive hologramsthat appearto be'pinned to the world'while users move around and engage with anatomical structures in an instinctual manner.
